1. Who is responsible
This policy explains how Argentine Rock 101 ("we", "us"), an experience run by its host in Buenos Aires, Argentina, collects, uses and protects personal data obtained through argentinerock101.com (the "Site"). For any question about your data, write to salva@saveus.com.ar.
2. Data we collect
Data you give us. When you book a seat, ask about other dates or write to us (by form, email or messaging apps such as WhatsApp), we may collect your name, email, phone number, country, number of guests and anything else you choose to share, such as dietary preferences.
Data collected automatically. When you browse the Site, our hosting provider and the tools we use may record your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and usage data, through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- manage your booking and send you the details of the experience, including the address;
- answer your questions and requests;
- process payments and refunds;
- send you news about future dates, only if you agreed to receive them;
- run, maintain and improve the Site and measure how it is used;
- comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, on what is needed to manage the booking or request you make, and on compliance with the law, in particular Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its regulations.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and advertising tags from third parties such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok, to understand how the Site is used and to measure and improve our communication. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies; some parts of the Site may then stop working properly.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with providers that help us run the experience and process data on our behalf, such as our website and contact management platform, payment processors, email and messaging services, and analytics and advertising platforms. These providers may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data when required by law.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers process data on servers outside Argentina (for example, in the United States). By using the Site you accept that your data may be processed in those jurisdictions, always under reasonable security and confidentiality safeguards.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your data while we have a relationship with you, while it is needed for the purposes described here, or for as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights
You can access, correct, update or delete your personal data, object to its use and withdraw your consent to receive communications at any time. To do so, write to salva@saveus.com.ar. We will answer within the terms set by law. You may also contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, Argentina's data protection authority, which handles complaints about the processing of personal data.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Minors
The experience includes alcoholic beverages and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you think a minor has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites and social networks with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices, so we recommend reading their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. The current version is the one published on the Site, with its update date.
